• Salads are a healthy way to get back in shape. You can take any and all vegetables and some animal protein to make your salad. Use any dressing to make it mouth-watering. The best part of following salad diet is that one can eat a whole variety of dishes with different flavors and garnish. You can add cheese, fruits, fresh or roasted herbs and sea salt to punch up your salads.

• Prepare food that is non-oily, healthy and low in fatty substances. Eat them in small portions after every few hours, so that your stomach is not empty. But at the same time, you cannot eat full tour tummy. This is easier than the other options like liquid diet or drinking smoothies.
